Sessions will begin at 8:00 am with the first of multiple "learning pods" (small, topic-based workshops where council leaders share experiences and learn from one another). Health & Safety
At this time we have not determined what, if any, health and safety measures will be in place for the program. Details will be communicated clearly and are expected to be available mid-September. Your patience is appreciated as we navigate the months ahead.
Continuing Education Credit
Continuing education credit is administered by the Society of FSP. The conference offers up to 17 hours of continuing education credit; individual states determine the total number and types of credits awarded. Approvals begin to arrive approximately two months prior to the conference and will continue to do so until the event begins.
The following credit will be requested in all states: insurance, legal, accounting*, CFP®, CTFA and PACE (including one hour of ethics credit, where applicable) for Wednesday, November 16th, Thursday, November 17th and Friday, November 18th. License numbers are requested in advance and required on-site in order to receive credit. NAEPC does not file the program for legal specialization credit - please contact our office if you require this type of credit so we can investigate its availability.
IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR INSURANCE PROFESSIONALS
Partial credit for this program is not available. Insurance professionals must attend every session on Wednesday, November 16th, Thursday, November 17th and Friday, November 18th to receive credit. Insurance credit is not available to those who register for a single day pass.
Conference Companions
While the 59th Annual Conference will not have a formal companion program, we do plan on making sure those who accompany a regular registrant feel warm and welcome. A Social Registrant package is available that includes the Tuesday evening reception, Wednesday breakfast & reception, Thursday breakfast, and Friday breakfast. Please make sure to share the name and full contact details of conference companions at the time of registration so we can communicate directly with them.
Additional plans are being created; please check back for more information.
